I went here around a week or two ago and my left pinky nail has been put on wonky and I’ve only now realised also my middle finger nail has fallen off customer service was alright but I wasn’t really satisfied because I paid £45 for a french manicure 😡! They could do better will be sticking to Caerphilly nails

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went to another salon yesterday to get my nails done and it was honestly a nightmare — the shape and finish were terrible. Today I came here to fix them, and wow… what a transformation! The staff were so friendly and professional, and they completely saved my nails. The result is absolutely flawless — clean, natural, and just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and I 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants beautiful nails! 💅✨

First time getting my nails done here and I am not disappointed! They were very pleasant ☺️ I instantly felt comfortable they both also laughed with us and had conversations too which was nice.
I would recommend thank you 😊

Really disappointed with our visit. I would have given zero stars but it wouldn't let me. Had an appointment for nails for my daughter's prom and we were left sitting there for 50 minutes with no apology or anything. Had to leave in the end with no nails done and one really sad little lady. Won't be going back here. Why book appointments if you still have to go and sit there waiting for nearly an hour?! Awful.

No loyalty to customers that been there years, and when your sick being told that you, they can’t spare the time to give you an appointment

Best nail salon in Caerphilly, they are a lovely family and very talented hard-workers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

Great service, my nails look amazing! Definitely one of the best in Caerphilly, no need to book appointments as walk ins are welcome which is very considerate. I highly recommend! 🩷

Over priced appointments are a waste of time you are still waiting 45 mins after the time can be there for 2 half hrs they over book their appointments.
Better to go somewhere else which I will be doing.
