Google This place is absolutely beautiful and clean, they're attention is great, I was afraid to go because I have never got a foot treatment done by other person before, but it was better than I expected, my boyfriend went with me and they offered a drink and massage while he was waiting for me, I went for the luxury pedicure and was amazing, I'll go back!

Google The worst manicure I've ever had. Didn't fully buff the nails after their gel polish was removed so my nails are still rough, the service was rushed and not gentle at all! , I asked for two coats of clear but was only allowed one. A rip off for twenty pounds. Not only that my nails are now very weak since their gel polish, which doesn't happen with other nail places.

the gel polish was with this salon, my daughter and I have been coming to you since the start of the year. The gel removal was not thorough, there is still residue left on all nails, they weren't buffed correctly because they are rough. You're staff are clearly only trained in gel polish and extensions, not nail care. My daughter and I will not be returning.

Sorry for your unpleasant experience, but I need to clearly explain the situation:
When you came to the shop, you requested a manicure service with removal for £18. Since you only had gel on a few nails, I only charged you an additional £2 for the removal.
after the gel is removed, your nails cannot be as smooth as natural nails immediately. We explained this clearly and also informed you of the price before starting the service. You agreed, so we proceeded.
We only cleaned your nails and did not damage your natural nails, especially since you did not use our gel service.
You requested a regular top coat. I explained three times that regular polish is different from gel and will not have the same shine or durability. If you wanted a glossier result, gel would be the better option, but you chose not to have it. We cannot force you to use a service you do not want.Thanks
