Would not recommend this place at all.
Came here as I needed a pedicure done as my usual nail shop was very busy, I previously had a bad experience at Luxy nails but thought maybe they had an off day but my goodness the staff are SO rude and the workmanship is just so poor once again.

During my pedicure the lady cut me 3/4 times, then to the point I had a burning sensation all over my feet. I flinched so many times and didn’t even get an apology. I even grew my nails out for French toes and she BROKE my nail

Instead of having a relaxing service I actually left feeling in pain.

The lady did one coat of pink on my feet and I asked her if she could do a second and started to tell me she already did when I am WATCHING and all got rude and started talking in their own language too each other.

They’re clearly taking on too many people so that reflects on their attitude and their quality of work. The men seem kind but all of the women are so horrible and actually make you feel like you are causing an inconvenience rather than paying your hard earned money for a service.

Avoid this nail shop if you can there are much better nail shops in the area with nicer staff and you will get a better result. Would never visit here again.

Acrylics. Ok. Noisy not relaxing at all. All staff sounded like they were arguing. The woman didn't seem impressed when asked to smooth nails as were sharp. Won't be going there again.

got my nails done at Luxy Nails in Burnham and had such an amazing experience! The service was incredible, and the skill level was top tier. It honestly felt like I was having my nails done by a best friend — so comfortable and welcoming.

I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💅✨

Absolutely obsessed with my winter nails! The deep berry colour is stunning on its own, but the hand-painted snowflakes take it to a whole new level. The lines are crisp, delicate and so beautifully detailed - they genuinely look like tiny pieces of art. Caroline is incredibly talented. I’ve had so many compliments already! Easily one of my favourite sets I’ve ever had.
