I paid £37 for this terrible full set. Completely different nails on each hand. The quickest nails I've ever gotten, I was in and out in 45 mins and not welcoming at all. The older lady doing my nails, also got gel on my sleeve and my hands, it was a messy job but I wouldn't have minded if the nails were good. Maybe some advice on having acrylic overlay on such short nails would have been helpful, I may have considered getting extensions but wasnt even given a suggestion. Really upset

My daughter and I visited for the first time for acrylics and shellac. We were both delighted with the results and the warm and friendly welcome. All staff are nice and skilled.
* note take off for gel polish is £10 not £5*

Very bad and poor service!
Got shellac nails done at Diamond Nails and I’m honestly so disappointed. An older lady did my nails who isn’t qualified to do the job and the quality was terrible .Within just 2 days one of my nails completely broke. The finish wasn’t smooth and the polish started lifting within a week. For what they charge this kind of work is unacceptable. Not worth the money or the hassle.

I got a shellac pedicure it peeled off after one week. I have never had a shellac pedicure not last me weeks.

I am really disappointed!! I called in to the salon to ask specifically if they do 'Russian Manicure' the gentleman I spoke to was adamant they provide this service. Upon arriving there at my appointment I was told by a lady they do not offer this service. I told her I had called in and was advised otherwise. The gentleman who took my call and her were debating in their own language and they told me to take a seat they can do it. Upon sitting down, I was approached by the older lady that works there. She did not say hello or anything and sat down and proceeded with my nails. She didn't ask what nail shape nor what colour I prefer. It was the younger lady who asked this. The lady doing my nails was so rude and couldn't achieve the nails I wanted so they switched. The younger lady was nicer, she was chatty. I think she could tell I was quite upset. Anyways she finished my nails and I paid £23 and not even 12 hours later I have three chipped nails. I had gel done on my nails this should not have chipped the same day l had it done. I am deeply disappointed with their level of customer service and the way that they treat clients. Will not be going back! Don't go there to waste your money.

I have been to a few nail salons in Slough and this has been my best experience so far. I had SNS powder on my natural nails and it looks great. The staff are friendly and professional. They seem like they care about customers and their nails unlike some places who just want you in and out as quickly as possible. I will definitely return here.
