Incredibly rude staff. No engagement with me as the customer. Had to return the following day as the polish on my toe nails had come off…….. was greeted by an even ruder welcome if that was even possible. I would advise to find somewhere else……. If a nail shop is normally empty……. There’s a reason for that!

Terrible. Don’t go here again. They quote you incorrect prices over the phone then increase it in person. They made me wait an hour and didn’t even push my cuticles back i can see a gap smh. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else

They look really nice after 1 day the nail polish chipped and they cut to deep on the sides ,my finger tips hurts.whrn I was getting it done I saw one of the worker fishing something out of his mouth

I walked in the place was empty ! I asked the guy how much to remove the gel and he said 12 pounds because it was too thick I did mention that every time I pay 10 and rudely told me to leave and go somewhere else to pay the 10 pounds. No wonder it’s always empty..

After having my nails done by this company i am not happy with them the white tips keep on coming off after being back three times now to have them sorted still not happy as they have come off again with in minutes of leaving the place I have asked for a full refund to be told they don’t do refunds this is not right
