Booked an appointment through the website, turned up for the appointment, sat around waiting for 5 minutes only to be told the person is on holiday, so it couldn't be done. No apology or anything. I ended up walking up the road and booking elsewhere. Would not recommend, not very professional service.

Please don’t go here for lymphatic drainage massage. Svetlana did not know what she was doing at all. I said all my other ones were gentle long strokes to drain the lymph’s, she said I know what I’m doing! Unfortunately you don’t. After 10 minutes I left as it’s nothing like I’ve had before. It was dreadful. Room was dirty, smelly damp towel put on me, and all certificates valid until 2017!!! Bad attitude so change or you’re going to just keep getting bad reviews.

Super quick, painless and Svetlana was a lovely lady. I nearly got put off by the negative reviews from other people but glad I didn't as the price is amazing. I will definitely be coming back

I don't believe the lady that did my wax was actually qualified. The application and removal was not done properly, she actually took a bit of my skin off 😭
Still got lots of short hairs as she pulled the strips in the wrong direction.
This was the worst waxing experience I've ever had, would not recommend.

I had a Hollywood wax done by svetlana today and it was pretty traumatising. I’ve never had one before but accompanied friends at other salons who had always been treated very well, so I wasn’t too nervous. I should have been!

The place was dingy (but it was cheap, so you get what you pay for) and Svetlana was very sullen, hardly spoke, and literally yanked my legs apart when I lay down without a word! It was very rushed and done with little care, I didn’t mind the pain, but she seemed to get increasingly frustrated with me tensing (a natural response to pain I thought). She kept tapping and shaking my legs telling me to relax, and I caught her shaking her head visibly annoyed saying ‘I don’t know why you’re tensing’. I found it all very humiliating and started crying, and this did not deter her! Walked out still crying, very shaken up.

The result was pretty good however and only £22, so if you don’t mind being treated like a badly behaved sack of meat I would recommend.

I went for a massage at this place on Monday, and it was the worst experience of my life. I repeatedly told the therapist which areas of my back needed the most attention, but she ignored me every time. She massaged my back without even touching the areas where the pain was most intense. Everywhere she touched, she caused me pain and I did not have my in those areas. I told her that I had liposuction on my arms and that it was hurting, but she continued to massage them forcefully. When I left, my pain was worse. The next day, I couldn’t even move my neck and had to go to another place for help. I do not recommend this place. Not sure if there were some language barriers.

Svetlana is the best beautician I ever had! She did my Hollywood and full legs wax in 45 min and I barely felt any pain, despite not having had a wax in 2 months, so I had a lot of fully grown hair.

I also came for a massage with her when I had back pain, that was just amazing. It hurt quite a bit during the massage but you can tell she knows what she's doing, and the next day my back pain was nearly almost gone. I am coming back for both massages and wax.

People who make negative reviews based on the look of the salon, which btw has nothing wrong with it, should go pay 100 for a wax in Cabot Circus.

Svetlana is a truly amazing therapist, and is very skilled at targeting tight muscle groups and working in knots.
My body feels totally decompressed and my mind relaxed.

Booked here for a sugaring appointment as my usual place was full- first impression is that it's dark, run down and not particularly welcoming.

The woman doing my treatment was blunt and unfriendly, when I explained my skin was very sensitive and tried to make small talk she just ignored me. She kept telling me to relax and kept slapping and shaking my legs, then blamed me for the bruises and bleeding because I wasn't relaxed?! Totally unprofessional and left feeling quite shaken up.

The only good points were that it was relatively pain free, quick and cheap. Still wouldn't go back though...!

Svetlana gave me the most meticulous pedicure I've ever had. Waxing was relatively painless and nails are beautiful. I'll be going back as a regular customer for all the treatments I can.
