i went there asking for a specific design, they got the colour wrong 3 times, then told me the colour of the polish doesn’t match the colour of the pictures AFTER they had been painted. when they tried to fix it, i didn’t like them and asked them to remove the nails, and they said they didn’t have time to. made me pay the full price for a design i did not ask for and did not like. they say the didn’t recognise my name but here is the booking proof.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to us. However, your review was posted more than two months after your appointment, so unfortunately we genuinely cannot remember exactly what happened or identify which client you were on that day.

Situations like the one you described are not something that normally happens at our salon, as we always make sure our clients are happy with their nails before leaving the shop. That is why it is difficult for us to understand how you could have left feeling unhappy after discussing the issue with us in person, yet no solution was offered at the time.
