Really poor service from the company , I am guessing it was the receptionist. I called to book a massage as I could see an availability at 18:15 but had poor network to make an online booking due to being in a train. Therefore, I called to make a booking and the person told me they had no availability but I mentioned about seeing one online, then she was like oh yeah! We have one.
Unfortunately, the call disconnected due to being unable to hear her and by then my friend managed to make a booking online.
She immediately called back and said they had someone else now take over!
How ridiculous! Where I managed to make a booking online and then it was cancelled. Reflects highly poorly on the company and it is a good idea not to have online booking if it can’t be managed properly.

After running the Brighton Marathon 2026 this was certainly what I needed; a very thorough and rejuvenating deep tissue massage. I got up feeling like a new person. Also, some advice given at the end of the massage of areas that were showing concerning and on how to deal with them moving forward, very professional. I highly recommend them.
