Extremely Poor Service
I had a very disappointing experience at Superdrug. I went in the day before to ask about ear piercing, and the staff told me to come back the next day as there would be staff available. To avoid wasting time, I even called on the day and was told “yes, sure, just walk in.”

When I arrived, suddenly no one was available to do the piercing. No apology, no explanation — just a blunt “sorry, no one available.”

To make things worse, when I asked a staff member to help me raise a complaint, she refused. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and dismissive behaviour. If the store can’t provide a service, they should at least communicate properly and take responsibility instead of sending customers in circles.

Very poor experience and definitely not what I expect from Superdrug.

I recently visited the Superdrug store in Bedford was served by Zaara, who did my ear piercing. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout. Everything was explained clearly and carried out with care, I’d definitely recommend her for her excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amrita is a literal legend. She spent over 15 minutes helping me try find a shimmery-silvery-ice-blue to match my Eid dress. We eventually settled on a palette and some shimmer sticks, after she helped me scour an entire WALL of a dozen different brands. She even told me a handful of different techniques and combinations and seriously had that best-friend-helping-you-get-ready-in-the-bathroom energy I needed!!

Just been in this store, a large queue at checkout ,only one person on till and she did not even make eye contact with people waiting and as a result a large number of the people waiting like us just left!!! rubbish service.

This Superdrug is a fairly new addition to Interchange Retail Park, and it’s a good one. The store is clean, well-organised, and generally well-stocked. My wife often stops in for skincare or makeup, and there are usually some decent offers on. Prices are what you'd expect—nothing outrageous.

Staff are polite and helpful when needed, and the whole place has a fresh, tidy feel to it. Convenient location with plenty of parking. A nice, reliable stop if you’re already in the area.
