Scarred me for life. Had laser hair removal (didn’t seem to make a difference). She lasered a thread vein on my leg and it blistered and burnt my skin. Took photos and as she said it was an extra, and only refunded me half what I’d paid. I have been left scarred for life. A good 1 x 2 inch scare. She should have refunded in full, but instead said ‘well the thread vein was an extra’. I will post photos if needed. I don’t believe she was properly qualified to use the machine for thread veins and tested on me. Had she have done this to my daughter I would have took to court for the scarring.
