Have been going to Star Nails consistently for just over a year now & never disappointed! 🙌🏼

The staff are always lovely, nothing is too much of an ask, especially where I am quite fussy/particular when it comes to my nails. I always book with Danny, who ALWAYS does my nails perfectly!
I started off with acrylics and now on my biab journey & every design I enquire about he does amazingly every time.
The detail, care & checking in throughout the service is much appreciated & doesn't go unnoticed!

I went here last Monday as my usual salon on the same road was closed and I would never go again.

A man who did my nails had the worst customer service ever! He was very unhelpful when I showed a photo example of a colour asked about colours and he was extremely rude. He put an oil onto nail tips as preparation and didn’t tell me I needed to be careful not to touch anything, i accidentally moved a hair out of my eye and this guy snapped! He was so stroppy, he huffed and puffed and threw himself back into his chair and told me i shouldn’t have touched my skin as now he has to do his oil thing all over again! I said ok well it was an instant reaction to the hair in my eye and he didn’t warn me.

Whilst I was there another customer came in complaining her nails had chipped in less than a week due to this very oil the star nails staff put in the tips and I was worried as my usual salon on the same road does my nails and they last up to 6 weeks!! Anyway the lady was right my nails have all chipped in a week! What a waste!!! So disappointed. Terrible customer service and nails did not last!

First time here and I will not be going anywhere else! Full new set of Biab and some nail art done 🙂 Danny was wonderful.

I went somewhere else the day before and it was not nice at all - Danny fixed it and they're lovely!

I went to have my nails done today at Starnails and I always come away feeling like a million dollars. I have been going to Starnails since they opened which must be 11years now. They do a fabulous job every time and I would recommend you give them a try.

Star Nails is the best nail salon in Bedford. It has a very relaxed and welcoming feel to it. All the Nail Techs are so professional, thorough and absolute perfectionists. Also super patient with me when I am deciding between colours. I am so glad I found them in January this year after feeling uncomfortable in another salon. Thank you for always doing a fantastic job and making me feel welcome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Danny and team did a lovely job on nail today as usual.
I've used other nail bars in the passed but none as good as Kempston Star Nails.
Thanks again.
