Came for a pedicure, no warm foot soak, no foot massage, no hot towel, no exfoliation or lotion used. What should be a 30-60 mins treat was 15 minutes and we were charged £23, what makes it worse is the woman before me and my friend got the whole treatment.

Disappointed. Builder gel onto natural nails, poor choice of colours but nails ended up being sooo thick and unnatural. Shaped so it looks like my nails are wonky ( perfectly straight when I sat down). Colour doesn’t reach the edges so have a white streak down each side but she managed to get colour all over my fingers! Cuticles thick with varnish/gel. Really bad so won’t be returning.

They work quickly when you get seen and do an amazing job however both times I have been in they have changed the price 3 times to what they told me when I messaged them before hand. When I went my first time my appointment was 4 or half 4 and I don’t get seen until nearly 6 half 6 and they don’t sent o change gloves in between clients which isn’t good for health and safety

Phoned and asked for an appointment got told 5 minutes , got there and waited an hour people coming in and getting served before us because they had “appointments “ but why book me in if you can’t actually fit me in and sit in your dirty nail shop for an hour of MY day. ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. customer service is terrible!!

really friendly staff, 30 minute wait time with an apointment which wasnt great but they had a reason and were apologetic, Amy worked really fast and took care when drilling and filing. i did notice she didnt change gloves between clients and used the same monomer+ nail file for multipe clients. not sure how much of a problem this is though. my nails look just like the picture and im happy.

Maybe I am just unlucky, but I always end up to sit down with that one lady who doesn't do what I ask for, and just generally makes the job not neat at all; e.g. painting over my skin, leaving my nail surface uneven and scratchy (even if I ask her to correct it)...

They are very quick and professional I got my nails done there multiple times and they always come out perfect and exact like is wanted them and last long even tho my nails reject most nail products
