Awful. Do not go if you have social anxiety. The man left me soaking my fingers in acetone for ages whilst he attended to somebody else (I’m sure he forgot about me). When my fingers started to burn I took them out, only to be shouted at and told “I don’t want my nails done properly” rather than explaining to me the acetone might sting a bit but that’s completely normal…I felt he was being rude, which I voiced, only to met with more rudeness which led to me phoning my boyfriend as I was sat crying and feeling very uncomfortable.
He was much nicer with his tone and was generally clearer to my boyfriend, which I found very strange. He answered the phone half way through so i just got up and left. 10/10 would not recommend

Awful experience! Booked an appointment and turned up 5 minutes for this. Staff sat me down and after 30 minutes of waiting, told me that they had forgot about my appointment and would have to wait for another 30 minutes. Waste of time!

Simply perfect.

In the past, having my nails done was always bittersweet. They looked good as I walked out, but rarely held so well until the next appointment.

I walked into Hollywood Nails for the first time about one year ago. I will never go anywhere else. Even when I travel, I hold out until I return to have them done.

The care to detail is unbelievable. They look perfect as I leave, and remain perfect until the next time. SO happy.

The man is a bit creepy, randomly caressed my hand before the young girl took over. He did not listen to me when I asked for my nails to be cut, then when the girl took over and I asked her to cut them he said something about me in a different language. The girl did okay though. Staff were all a bit off and non verbal.

The worst experience i have ever recieved from a shop. Staffs are very inpolite and talking their own language infront of customers and mocking. I wouldn't go back to this place anymore and i won't recommend this to others. Really feeling bad.

Took my young daughter in here today as a walk-in after a negative experience at another walk in salon around the corner. It was busy when we arrived and they made us aware we may have to wait a little bit, we didn’t mind this as it was walk-in! My little girl wanted a little pick me up salon experience and just wanted her nailed painted. They managed to slot her in so quickly in between soaking off other clients. They were friendly and respectful to my little girl and she had a wonderful time. Really nothing negative to say and would come back here again. Thank you
