Good cup of tea but I left with a hole in one nail, a rash on my hands a lot of harsh comments about a certain race of nail salons and a huge bill. Nails still a mess 3 months later.

Purchased items online, unfortunately out of stock but not a problem for Sarah, she called me to advise that item was discontinued and offered alternative at no extra cost. Was very polite, helpful and I highly recommend, will purchase from again.

I went for a wax on friday..the lady was lovely but unfortunately she has completely burnt my whole vagina it's red raw and that was now three days ago.. also the most expensive wax I've had and to be left burnt is very very disappointing. Sorry
