Visited the store this evening for some holiday bits.
Me and my partner were served by Skye what a credit to the store she is. She was polite, chatty and super helpful we even purchased some extras and got our selfs some new perfumes because the service was so great she went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. 10/10 service highly recommend.

I had such a lovely experience at this Superdrug thanks to a very kind young lady working on the tills. I’m not from the area and was looking for a perfume for my granddaughter, and she went out of her way to help me find the perfect one. She was patient, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Her kindness really stood out and turned what could have been a rushed visit into a really pleasant one. Excellent customer service so a big thankyou to Layla.

Lady doing eyebrow threading was absolutely lovely, however the two girls on the tills served us together (I believe one was called Lola and the other had ginger hair), and seemed very rude and intimidating when scanning our items and were looking us up and down. When we said thank you, they repeated ‘thank you’ 3 times as we left in a very rude, imitating tone and were laughing and dirty looking us. Will be heading to boots next time!

Best service ever! One of the staff members, Holly, took the time to help me find a face cream I’ve been wanting to try for ages! She recommended the night cream to suit and I love the products so much. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to speak to lovely people and get advice on products.

Went in today Sun and saw Lisa the manager as had a problem with 2 Mabellene foundations as colours and bottles had changed what I had picked up was very un satisfactory she was amazing and patient trying different colours with me until I was satisfied cant thk her enough 5* lady and service

Rude staff, one of your foundation testers was clogged and we didn’t realise so it splattered all over my hair and top. We found Zoe and asked for some wipes which she said no to but did offer paper towel, however when I was trying to clean myself up she kept laughing even when we told her it’s not really funny. Your staff really need some customer service training as this was not dealt with in an appropriate manner. Furthermore, should’ve really offered wipes as it was the stores fault not ours.
