This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. She’s rude, always rolling her eyes and sighing when getting nails done. I’ve been ignored which I’m pretty glad about. She moaned about me taking my 3 year old girl there, but had no choice. She’s pretty quick to judge when she has her 2 children running around and screaming in the salon, not very professional! Getting your nails done is meant to be a calm and relaxing moment.

Poor service - can’t phone to book now - went in - booked via QR code in salon - made zero difference - still pot luck when I came back at the time I’d booked- poor standards - rough and painful - bleeding cuticles- very poor quality gel polish - won’t go back!

Cold and uncomfortable salon.

I went for a pedicure along with my elderly mother who was not treated with the respect she deserves. 2 days later one of her toes remains incredibly painful due to the very rough cutting of her toe nails.

2 small children running around the salon, not professional and dangerous. The adults screaming at them to behave is not relaxing.

Was supposed to be a fun experience - it really wasn't - very disappointing.

It was absolutely terrible! Will never ever go again I went to get my nails done and within 2 days they had completely peeled off lifted and snapped ripping off my natural nail with it and skin where they hadn’t applied it properly. I paid £40 for these nails and they were advertised to last 4 weeks minimum. I even tried to get in contact to resolve the issue but no response. I then tried again a few weeks later and still no response. It’s a joke at this point !!!
