my daughters both had a simple french gel overlay, they were done terribly, thick and uneven. also charged £25 per set when the pricelist says £20 and staff are rude and abrupt when they do actually communicate with you instead of each other. also took way longer then similar nail salons do. id also add the salon itself is disgusting, old food on the tables, moulded water in the dispenser, sofa badly stained. id avoid at all costs.

Very helpful staff, large salon lots of space. Lots of colour choice, professional job. Mum, myself and daughter use this place regularly. There's also a reward card available.

The ladies i had were intense and i loved it. First time I've ever had my nails done with absolutely no pain and the first time I've had no chunks of acrylic left underneath the nails by a salon. They did exactly what i asked for, checked it was okay along the way and did it all super efficiently. Nails came out perfect, will be coming again!! xx

Will not be returning to this nail salon. You have lost a customer.
Left under my nails bleeding. Didn't apologise
When I said I had a £5.00 off voucher tried to make out it was more than what I normally pay!!
Ended up having a go at me and said if you don't like it go somewhere else!!
Which i will be doing from now on 👍👍👍 Not great customer service.

Avoid like the plague! My partner recently visited Vicar Street Nails, and had an awful experience. She was initially told that the design she wanted was too complex for the chosen nail length, which had never been a problem with other salons, then she was treated with rudeness and hostility. The finished nails were crude and very rough, and they had also cut three of her fingers in the process. She ended up going to another local nail salon to get the job done properly. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Awful experience. Did my nails badly so I asked if they could fix them, got told it was my nails that’s why it was like that when they’d filed the nail side wall too much. I even left without any colour as I’d been in there so long I couldn’t stay anymore- got charged £35 for the plain biab no colour. Met with hostility and rudeness. Felt very uncomfortable in (the empty) salon. Will not be going back - save your money go elsewhere
