Have been to this nail salon multiple times but will not be returning again. I asked for BIAB on natural nails, which every other time I've asked for, I've had gel bottle, I did also specifically say I wanted gel bottle but was given a different builder gel and colour on top. These chipped a couple of days later so I messaged to explain and was told to pop in and have fixed (I don't work in town), these were all topped up with another colour and top coat layer, all to then just chip off again, a few days later. I messaged and said it was frustrating that this kept happening so I was asked again to come in after work and have fixed. I reluctantly went as I was frustrated. I was also told it was possibly a colour issue, yet no offer to change the colour, just kept adding it on. Had them done, to then about a week later, my entire nail to snap in half, I messaged and again, was told they would fix the broken one, although now, this was going to either need to be tipped or me have half a nail compared to the rest, I declined as by this point I was sick of being fobbed off. Today I messaged to ask how much infills would be as I was DESPERATE, in the hope that after everything that had happened I would be offered something decent to resolve, I was offered a mere £3 off. I have now had to make a last minute appointment elsewhere, go out this evening with a broken nail and pay for yet another set of nails. Incredibly disappointed by the service I have received.

My go-to nail salon in town! Always accommodates walk-ins and very welcoming and friendly. I get acrylics done at a reasonable price. They’re fast but also very good quality. I always recommend to my friends!

Just had a luxury pedicure here for the first time and can not recommend enough! The lady was very lovely, made me fully relax and I had 30 minutes of pure bliss. I went for the luxury pedicure which added a hot stone massage and foot mask and it was worth it. My feet feel amazing! Will definitely be getting these on a more regular basis now!

I have used Luxury Nails & Spa twice now and both times haven’t been a great experience and I won’t be using again! The lad that done my nails both times argued with me about what I wanted. I showed him designs and the first time he told me the picture wasn’t a matt finish, even though that’s what I asked for and the second time he told me the photo was gel polish even though I asked for BIAB. Both occasions my nails have come off within a couple of weeks where the BIAB was applied so thin. I also had to ask him to to file down where the BIAB had pulled away from my nails on the sides otherwise he was just going to go straight over it and that would have meant them coming off even earlier. Elsewhere my nails will last at least 4 weeks. ****Do not recommend****will not use again****

I had a full set of acrylics and a luxury pedicure. The women hurt my cuticles on my hands and the pattern wasn't even. She also really hurt my feet! Barely any massage and she honestly didn't care where she was exfoliating. It was painful. I wont go again!
