Such a lovely place to go and pamper yourself! I had my hair, eyelashes and eyebrows done they are all so friendly and lovely. Really child friendly and the most gorgeous frenchie running around. So relaxing and enjoyable and such a reasonable price couldnt recommend enough

I initially walked in to ask about aesthetics and spoke with Jenny and I'm so glad I did because I felt very comfortable and confident to book an appointment with her - initially for lip filler and then later for botox.

Jenny is very knowledgeable, reassuring and listens to what outcome you want from your treatment. She understood my desire for a natural enhancement, explained everything and I was so happy with how my lips turned out I booked for botox too.

I've been having botox for 10 years and this was the first time I've ever had no visible bruising at all - I think this shows what a good job she does and for both treatments I went back for a top up and am very happy with the results.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jenny for aesthetics and will be returning!

Unfortunately I was let down by another salon last week so had to look for walk in cut and blow dry appointment in Amesbury.Despite having other clients they managed to fit me in at the last minute .The price was just £25 ,the other salon was charging £30. The lady cutting My hair was able to fix previous hair cuts where hair had been left at uneven lengths although that did mean cutting off more hair than hoped however I don’t mind that as it now looks even .The ends of my hair had been thinned far to much meaning whenever I straightened my hair it just started sticking out in a odd direction ,she was the only hair dresser I’ve been to that’s noticed /fixed this yet I’ve been to a number of hairdressers over the last few years .I can now straighten my hair and it actually keeps straight .Very impressed with the cut and overall service especially when you consider the price .would definitely go back when needed .

Not impressed by the service received. I spent all day phoning to get an appointment to which the phone never got answered not even a call back. I went into the salon stood there for 10 minutes someone walked past me but no one actually helped me at all. Wouldn't use them after this.

Disappointing!! Was meant to have an appointment Wednesday this week for a hair cut with Rebecca, for them to contact me 3 hours before to change the date, with no apology or explanation. Changed to another day at 9am, turned up and Rebecca was not there. One of the other ladies kindly tried to contact her twice to no avail, I waited 20 minutes before eventually giving up and going home. Will be going elsewhere!!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hair salon. Not only did they completely botch my haircut, leaving me with messy and uneven hair, but they also failed to inform me that the person cutting my hair was a trainee who clearly lacked proper training. To make matters worse, when I requested assistance from other staff members, nobody came to help. I was charged for this nightmare of an experience, which is beyond unacceptable. Not only did I leave the salon with a terrible haircut, but I also discovered accidental scissor cuts all over my head. My hair was cut way too short in some areas, resembling a patchy mess. I have those pictures and videos , I had to seek out another hairdresser to fix the disaster they created and pay for that service as well. This was, without a doubt, the worst hair salon experience I have ever had, and it's clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction.
I have requested for refund, but not even replied.
