Google My daughter went here today to get her nails done for prom they took advantage of her and the fact she's 16 to over charge her,tried to charge her 80 pounds at first and then he said he would do it for 48 and still charged her that when the till said 38! Do not recommend this place save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!

We apologize for any disappointment you experienced during your visit to our salon. At our salon, we always strive to inform our customers about any additional charges on design options before proceeding with the service. Our priority is ensuring thats our customers are satisfied with both the service and the price.
Your daughter came in and ask for full set with design on top and it will cost £60 (not £80 like u said). We informed her full price already before we start and then she changed her mind and want the second design with the cost is £48. Also we gave her other options more cheaper but she want to stick with second option £48. There are no overcharges or hidden fees, as transparency is important to us.
We hope this explanation clarifies any concerns you may have.

Google OMG everything I could ask for she understood everything I wanted really amazing service from both the young man the woman I will totally recommend and I will definitely go back I'm a black girl and it's really hard to please me when. It comes to my nails and test me I was satisfied THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR AMAZING JOB and also they don't rush your nails because they have other clients they take their time and get the work done .

Google Lee the owner was so rude! Avoid this salon all they do is say rude comments to your face masked as jokes! These are the worst nails Iv ever had and she had the audacity to charge me over £80 for infills just white tips! Do not go here unless you want to be scammed and humiliated!

We charged you £81 with 2 treatments for nails ( including gems) and feets, not only your nails like u say.
Also we told u all price (for nails and toes) before we started and u saids that price is absolutely fine for u.
We didnt say any rude comments to you. For hold time we did your nails ( nearly 2 hours) u was so happy with what we done and when u left the salon you still looked so happy with your nails and said thank u to Lee.

Google I have been going to Lee for my nails since before she moved to Tidworth and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lee has helped me grow my own nails - no more tips! and the choice of colours and designs are endless. Friendly funny and excellent work every time - shame my nails last so long and I wasn't richer as I would be there every week. Always leave happy and in awe of the work the do.

Google Recently moved to the area first experience with the female worker was absolutely great, however called to cancel an appointment as I was stuck somewhere and wouldn’t make it in time, tried to reschedule for the following week. The extremely rude man it’s no customer service skills at all answered the phone demanded £10 deposit fee to book another appointment. I explained to him I was coming the following week and still kept asking for the fee. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years never in my life have I ever heard of someone charging a fee after cancelling an appointment. Do not recommend this place at all! Will definitely be going elsewhere. Just lost a very loyal customer!

The reason why we asked for deposit because you cancel your appointments last minute and want to reschedule appointments, we need to take £10 deposit to secure appointments, to make sure you will not cancel appointments again. We haven’t charged the cancellations fee for your appointments this time, but we have to take deposit for rescheduling appointments, just in case you let us down second time. The deposit still count on the day you have appointments if you turn up on time.
