Google Chloe is absolutely amazing! She always makes my nails look beautiful and pays such close attention to detail. Not only is her work flawless, but she’s also kind, professional, and makes every appointment such a relaxing experience. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. Google This used to be my favourite nail salon in London until Joy went on maternity leave and a new lady started working there.
I asked for a full set for my wedding this weekend. From the get go I could tell that the nails were facing upwards which I didn’t like and expressed my worry about the nails. The nail tech said that she’s not finished and it will be fine once she’s done. When she was finished I once again said that I do not like how the nails are facing up and agreed that she will remove the nails, however I will not be paying a full price. Once the nails were removed she asked me to pay £55!!! My jaw was on the floor !! Apparently full price is £65 - which sounds extreme as I’ve been going there before so many times and paid £40 for a full set.
After I expressed my dissatisfaction with £55, she dropped it to £50. I ended up leaving with no nails and -£50…I am upset beyond belief.

yes , as we discussed done and paid , you agree to let me do it and take it apart when you are not satisfied ,? but you did not ask about the price before doing it , that is why you cannot complain , price comparison is meaningless because we have no need to reduce the price according to anyone's feelings , thank you

Google The member of staff who did my nails, did a great job and helped me choose the perfect shade of nail polish. I have had lots of compliments on my nails since having them done here. Highly recommend this place.

Google Amazing amazing place!!! My two friends and I came in to get our nails done and all three of us got our nails done at the same time!! So fun! We got treated with such kindness, got offered some yummy Vietnamese coffee and sweets. Would recommend to anyone in the Victoria area.
