Google Pharmacy services by Shamil were outstanding! So thorough and friendly! I woke with a bit of a sore throat and congestion. Shamil helped me find the right solution to ease my symptoms. Google This store is well stocked, and the staff are always nice and helpful, I just wanted to share some positive feedback on two of the staff who work here, Inayat and Fawzia, who were particularly great.
They were both extremely helpful, helping me find the products I needed (batteries) and lending me some items so I could install the batteries into my bike and get back on the road - thank you!

Google Good branch of Boots. This store also accepts donations of unused toiletries- turn left and the yellow donation box is in the far corner by the window. They also recycle empty foil blister medication/pill packs.

Google Older Asian lady who works in the pharmacy has the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. No people skills no manner so i giess being racist is the just a added bonus.

Google Went in here last week when I was on a trip to London at a hotel around the corner. Feel pretty ill due to a severe throat infection.
Used the Pharmacy First service where the pharmacist (Krishna?) looked me over and made a recommendation to see a doctor asap. Managed to get in touch with my doctor who then issued a prescription to the same shop.
Filled as soon as it arrived, great care and attention. Very friendly staff.

Google If you are hoping for helpful staff this is not the branch. The pharmacist on duty 9 September was rude and dismissive. The store wasn’t busy, but no time was taken to find out what my issue was and what I could use.
