Highly recommended. I recently visited the clinic and I had an amazing experience and felt welcome in a very friendly and casual environment. I had the pico laser treatment and honestly was the smoothest treatment I ever had. The staff was very attending, especially the one who was attending my treatment, Tien was very positive, friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and attended all my needs with great professionalism and gave me a special treatment based on my needs. Difference I will be coming back.
Saturday 23rd May – I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful the lady at reception was. My appointment with Ly had somehow been deleted from the system, which could have been very stressful, but she handled the situation with such kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. She went above and beyond to help resolve everything, and I truly appreciated her calm and caring attitude.
I also want to mention that Ly is absolutely the best practitioner at Stanmore. She is always professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, and makes every appointment a positive experience. I always feel well looked after in her care.
Thank you both for such outstanding service. Foz
Avoid Blueness By Oceania at all costs!!! This has genuinely been one of the most frustrating, dismissive and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with any clinic.
I paid £200 for erbium laser treatment that produced absolutely ZERO visible change to my scars. No improvement whatsoever.
Before treatment, I VERY clearly explained my concerns about undertreatment. I explained multiple times that my scar tissue is resilient and that I had previous experiences with practitioners being far too conservative. I specifically warned them that I did not want to waste money on ineffective settings that would do nothing. They ignored everything I said.
What makes this even worse is that THEY admitted this themselves in writing. They acknowledged there had been “no clinically noticeable response” and admitted they understood why I was disappointed with the outcome.
So imagine a clinic acknowledging in writing that the treatment made no visible difference whatsoever, while simultaneously refusing to properly rectify the situation.
The clinic admits the treatment made no noticeable difference.
The clinic admits I raised concerns beforehand.
The clinic admits I was worried about undertreatment from the start.
And despite all of that, they still refused to take proper accountability.
I initially asked for the most reasonable solution possible: a complimentary repeat session using more appropriate settings since the first treatment had clearly done absolutely nothing. This was refused.
Instead, their “solution” was to offer me 50% off another session. In other words: “Pay us more money for another treatment despite the fact the first one produced no clinically noticeable result. That did not feel like customer care. It felt like an attempt to monetise a failed treatment outcome.
Naturally, I asked the obvious questions:
What exactly would be different this time?
Would the settings finally be adjusted appropriately?
Would they actually listen to my concerns this time?
Would the treatment finally be tailored properly?
As soon as I started asking direct questions, the evasiveness and ignoring started all over again. At present, I am STILL waiting for responses.
The fact they suddenly stopped responding once I questioned their proposed “solution” told me everything I needed to know. It became obvious they did not actually want to resolve the issue, they just wanted to push another paid appointment.
I then requested a partial refund instead, as it made absolutely no sense to pay even more money for a treatment they themselves admitted had produced no noticeable result. This was also refused.
I spent WEEKS chasing replies because they repeatedly dragged out responses, ignored messages and avoided answering direct questions. Every interaction felt like pulling teeth. And the responses themselves were long-winded, vague AI-generated paragraphs full of meaningless filler that barely addressed anything I was actually saying. It genuinely felt like arguing with ChatGPT instead of speaking to professionals. At one point they even accidentally left the ChatGPT prompt text in one of their replies because they clearly were not even properly checking what they were sending before copying and pasting it to clients. That alone should tell you everything about their level of care, professionalism and attention to patients.
The most infuriating part is that this entire situation was COMPLETELY preventable. I warned them beforehand about conservative undertreatment. I explained previous failed experiences. I explained my concerns in detail. I made it crystal clear what I was worried about.
They ignored all of it, performed an ineffective treatment anyway, then later admitted themselves that there had been no noticeable result.
So what exactly did I pay for? I am now £200 down with scars that look exactly the same as before.
The treatment was ineffective. The communication was terrible. The handling of the complaint was even worse.
If you value professionalism or actual results, save your money and go somewhere else.
I had my nails done by Lucy. Her work is amazing, and she is incredibly lovely and professional. I will definitely be returning to her.
Had manicure and pedicure and had beautiful design added to my nails. Highly recommend to go to the salon
Always amazing nails and great service
I was at the salon for my laser. Simone was lovely. She made my experience very comfortable and easy. I would definitely want her as my therapist again.
I’ve been going to Blueness Beauty for microneedling, and my experience has been honestly amazing. I booked with Ly after seeing their work online, and she made me feel so comfortable from the start.
After a few sessions, my skin texture is so much smoother, my acne scars have faded a lot, and I just have that overall glow now. My skin looks healthier and more even than it has in a long time.
I’ve also started doing treatments for other areas, and I’m really happy with how everything is progressing.
If you’re in London and want a place that actually cares about your results and doesn’t overcharge, I definitely recommend Blueness Beauty!
fantastic and knowledgeable staff. made me feel very comfortable
The best!!!!!!!!?
I had a really great experience with Chi at Blueness Beauty. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows what she’s doing. The pico laser service is especially impressive . I’ve seen noticeable results and the treatment felt safe and well-managed throughout.
What stood out most is that Chi took the time to create a personalised skincare routine for me, which is something I haven’t experienced at other salons. It made a big difference and shows how much care she puts into her clients.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone skilled and attentive.
I booked a set of 3 sessions of treatments to remove scarring from my back, after years as a teenager of bacne. The consultation was short and there was no patch test. I told them that I haven’t had acne there for years and so the scarring is really old. After my first session I was told to not do anything harsh with my skin. I followed their instructions but then realised I had started to break out worse than before. I went back for the second treatment and showed them what’s happened and they continued to do the treatment and told me I just need to exfoliate. It’s been months now, and I realised that their treatments and products had been so harsh on my skin that I needed hydration. Now I have more scarring than before in places I’ve never had before and I’ve wasted nearly a grand on this treatment. Wouldn’t recommend.
Also one of the technicians had no idea what she was doing and thought I was someone else ready for laser? There needs to be better management and patch testing to be done and consultation should involve and explanation into the method that will be used and what skin type the client has.
Hi Esha,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re really sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your results. This is certainly not the standard of care we aim to provide.
We’d like to look into this properly for you. Could you please confirm your full name and the date of your treatment sessions so we can review your records in detail?
In terms of the breakout you experienced, while treatments can sometimes trigger temporary skin purging or sensitivity, breakouts can also be influenced by a number of other factors such as skin hydration levels, home care products, hormonal changes, or external triggers. That said, your concerns about patch testing, consultation depth, and overall experience are very important, and we take them seriously.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to reassess your skin and discuss what may have happened, as well as how we can support your skin recovery moving forward.
Please contact us directly or provide your details here so we can assist you further.
Kind regards,
