Unless you are there when opening it’s a long wait. Never get one person doing my nails always swapping over. Was charged an exorbitant £40 for build a gel!!! Nowhere in Yorkshire have I seen this price,and they have taken the price list down won’t be using again diffrent price each time for same service!

Won’t be visiting there again, they give the impression they are doing you a big favour! Substandard rushed work always swapping staff in the middle of doing my nails, no please or thank you very expensive for the poor service and quality and quite rude at times. Have to wait ages needs a good clean too. Cut my cuticle when filing never apologise and I’m on blood thinners £40 for builder gel disgraceful no price list up more expensive than city centre nail shops charge you for removing the builder gel that they put on in first place!!

I have been going her for the past 5 years. The past two times my nails have been left cut, uneven and sore. The first time it happened i told them and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back again. The second time i was in so much pain, they even used a solution on my fingers to stop the bleeding but not asking what i was allergic too. I had an allergic reaction to it. Despite telling them in the shop and messaging they haven't done anything about it and i still and to pay full price!

My daughter had her nails done by another establishment and were dreadful. on recommendation we visited American Nails. As soon as we stepped in there was a friendly atmosphere. They looked at her current nails and listened to what we wanted. Such a different experience, the took the existing off and the finished new nails are far far better. One happy daughter, no more claw nails.
