Booked Hyper Realism Hairstroke Brows with Jess. Initial consultation included unplanned brow tint (no patch test done). Tattoo appointment rescheduled to following week.

At tattoo appointment, my small dog was present throughout 3hr treatment and staff handled him during procedure.

Follow-up 6 weeks later refused due to dog. Treatment incomplete - hair strokes only worked on left brow. Right brow patchy/needs correction elsewhere.

Salon hygiene inconsistent. Phone use and dog handling during facial tattoo procedure. Patch test not performed prior to tint.

Now seeking professional rectification elsewhere.

Excellent service from Jess. Had my brows waxed, was very gentle and precise creating an excellent shape. Checked I was ok with the products being used. Lovely salon aswell. Thank you ☺️
