I’m so appalled with my service I have had done. I booked in for Hollywood curls which they assured me they could do and this is what I’ve left with. In the space of 10 mins this is how the hair is looking. If they were not capable of doing this they should have said. I need to be at an event in an hour and this is what I am left with. On top of that she confidently charged me £28 for this hairstyle. No heat protection was used either and a load of heat was used on my hair.

I was nervous to get my first ever haircut and highlights. Didn't have much of a clue what to expect but she explained things clearly and was very patient with me. Hana is such a lovely lady, she puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed. The end haircut and highlights left me very happy and my hair has never looked so good!

I had an up do with hair stylist Mel with the 60’s style and I was so happy with it. She did really well with the style I wanted and better than I expected. I got praised a lot with my hairstyle in the party I attended And Mel is always nice same as Hans. Always try to accommodate us and give great advice with hair cut and style

I just got out of hannahlee and they were so friendly. I'm an asian male and got a perm, it looks so good, I had a bowl cut before and I just came in. My hair became flat over a week and I came back to see how I could fix it, they were nice about it and they made it look how it looked when I got it
