They made fun of her in their own language and laughed.
. I wanted to say you are very rude and disrespectful , but because of respect to my wife I didn't say anything to you and I definitely won't let her come there again.

Google I normally come monthly to get a pedicure, but this time I went to get my Christmas nails. I love them! Thru did a really good job, good attention to detail to make sure the shape was uniform and made sure the colour was to my liking!

Hi,
Thanks for your review. Whilst I appreciate your feedback, I would also like to point out the fact that you came in wanting a specific colour but not knowing the name or number of said colour and just kept pointing to one of my colleagues saying “she done it last time”. We see many clients a day and it’s extremely difficult to remember what colour you had on, many months ago which is why we always recommend to clients to take note or take a picture of colours if they like them for future reference. If you cannot remember the colour you wanted, then chances are that we can’t remember either.
You also made my colleague spend around 30-40 minutes on your nails, just for you to say you don’t like them and to have them removed. Not only did you waste our time but you were being quite distasteful to my colleague when they were trying their best to accommodate to your needs. We did not charge you for our wasted time and your attitude was extremely unpleasant.
I hope you take the time to consider the feelings of others as service providers are human too, and we do not deserve the disrespect you have given us today.

Google Ever since I found this place to take off acrylics I like coming here. some salons feel pretentious but this salon isn't. staff always listen and advise and good pricing too. definitely be back before Xmas. so would totally recommend

Google Very unfriendly staff. I was a walk in customer and they said it will be a 20 minute wait and 45 minutes for the pedicure. Had to wait nearly 40 minutes then this guy came and he didn’t know what he was doing. He was very rough and finished the job in 25 minutes. Missed out on the cuticles altogether. Then the other guy came and used a cuticle trimmer from somewhere, did not know even if it was sterilized. He made two toes bleed. Never going back again !!!

Google Came here first time for a pedicure. The guy was very rough and heavy handed. I kept jumping and he just smiled. I didnt have the full pedicure due to how rough he was. A girl came to paint my toes which was a relief. Also while I was ment to be relaxing the team then started to vac up and mop around myself and another customer. Reported this to the manager to be told no refund as its their policy yet no policy on display in the shop. Was offered a 50% discount for another pedicure to which i agreed a removal and re paint no pedicure to then be ignored. If you want to be in a relaxing salon and unwind this isn't the salon.
