My wife goes here for nails, I have to sit and wait. They offer water when you walk in, staff very friendly nothing is any bother for them. They are very creative with nails, sometimes busy sometimes not. Don't see people waiting.

I got extensions and the result was amazing! The staff were friendly, the salon was clean and it was well priced. I saw some negative reviews but I don’t understand because my experience was great 🩷

Would not recommend what so ever!!
I got a full set of acrylics and my toes done with 2 acrylics also on both my big toes and a pedicure . I have had 2 gashes taken out of my feet I can’t walk on the heels of my feet there that sore.. I had one nail come of and polish pealing on 2 other nails and the 2 acrylics on my toes was hanging of and the polish had come of another one so I went back and they fixed my nails (obviously can’t go nothing about my gashes)
Then the next day another 3 nails have now snapped and the same has happened to the acrylic on my toes again aswell..!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon, the lady drilled my nails down to the skin basically and discarded the fact that I was in pain from how far she drilled my nails. She then proceeded to complete the new set, not warning me about the heat and pain that single nail uv light emits and wouldn’t let me move my hand away for a second. Throughout the whole appointment there was no communication and I didn’t feel any sort of care. Have recently removed the set with another salon and my nails are extremely damaged. I’ve never had my nails this badly damaged from a gel set before.
It’s been 3 months since I’ve had my nails done at this place and I can still clearly see the difference in my nails (there is a height difference due to high far they drilled my nail). My nails are constantly breaking due to the thinness. A appalling job.

One of the best places to go to for nails would definitely recommend.
Water on arrival and staff are lovely every single one of them! Whenever I’m in the area I go get my nails done there every time!

Horrible experience, zero base coat and zero hygiene! No disinfectant available on the tables! Concerned for the health and safety!

You should clean and sanitise after each and every single customer, not just "daily"! Files are also for a singular use!

I am referring to your tools cleanliness as I haven't seen any of your staff clean for example the nails cuticle remover after every customer. I have seen that it was dropped with the other displayed tools right away, so I am worried about the health of other clients as well. I was shocked and speechless when I left as I thought that sanitising is a must, but apparently it's not.
The station itself was clean.

I do understand that the tool sanitisation after each customer should be never compromised and I am sure that your customers would be happy to wait a few minutes more if they knew that their health and safety might be in danger of your lack of time. It's just an excuse. Ladies stay safe!

Our nail salon is newly opened, all the tools in the salon are new, all are good quality for customers to use and we clean them every day. Maybe you were too harsh, said something wrong and rated us 1 star like that 🥺

Yes, cleaning and disinfecting nail tools for customers is what we have to do to ensure hygiene and health for customers. and we have done it every time we have free time. maybe you came to my salon for the first time and near Christmas, many customers come to do their nails. we have tried our best to clean the salon and try to do it well and as fast as possible so that customers do not have to wait long in the salon. please understand...! Yes, we would like to confirm once again that the tools used for customers are always carefully cleaned by us before using them for customers, maybe you are misunderstanding us, if possible next time if you come back to the shop , we can explain more clearly to you...! During Christmas, we are too busy and sometimes forget to clean the store clean and tidy for customers, we will not let that happen again. Thanks!

Definitely recommend. Went this morning without a booking and they got me straight in. Friendly service, bright and clean salon. They did a really good job with my Gel nails and a really reasonable price- 18 for gel polish on natural nails.

I’m not sure what I think, had to go when someone else cancelled on me, had “biab” I don’t think it’s biab, 2 cuts on fingers from the electric file and nails not filed all same shape. Wont return unfortunately.
