Had a head spa and back massage for my birthday and wow — what an amazing experience! I didn’t realise how tight my back was until the therapist worked wonders on it. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

My first time visiting, the nails themselves aren’t the worst I’ve had. But my experience itself compelled me to write a review. The lady who did my nails was awful, so rude and made me feel really uncomfortable. She rushed, and her mannerisms were not nice at all. I won’t be returning due to this horrible experience, I would wait to get out!

Just Wow if you haven't had this before than i highly recommend you do.

I enjoyed a relaxing, fantastic head spa, my hair is shiny & glowing. I also added the back massage due to tension, steamed facial & i have left this salon feeling a new woman.

Consultation before hand is very detailed, the therapist makes sure the package your choosing is right for you. Very clean, professional environment, with the most devine products 😍😍

I came in for a pedicure and ended up also having a head spa. The experience with the head spa was very relaxing, and the massage was wonderful. I’d definitely come back again for this. I did find the pedicure slightly less relaxing as it was a rather hectic environment sound wise, and I did find that they upsold on a lot of things without confirming prices for the upsell first. As a soon to be new parent, I hadn’t planned on spending as much as I ended up spending, and that does impact the experience for me slightly, however the end result was very positive, albeit a bit rushed, as there was no foot massage included which I did have previously with the same service. I’ve since noticed quite a sore cut on my toe which I believe is from the drill when they removed my previous polish.

Yesterday, I had the Hydro Japanese head massage and it was amazing!!
I said that I had some tension on my head and neck and she got ride of my tension. I also added a facial and my face was super soft after that.
I definitely recommend this beauty salon 😊

I always go to 999 nails they have the best prices and always get my nails spot on every time! Everyone is friendly and attentive, making sure it’s the best experience. The perfect little treat for myself every month! 🥰

I just recently switched to biab from acrylic and had my first biab infill today, my nails felt super strong and I couldn’t believe how quick and strong they had grown! (As a former nail biter). Couldn’t thank you enough!

I've been coming here regularly for well over a year now and everything I have left with have been amazing nails. I started with acrylics as my nails were so short but now have builder gel and I still can't believe they are my nails! They give great advice and guidance on colour and style. I won't go anywhere else now.
