Builder gel extensions- Thick upper angled nails- exceptionally poor customer care. This was done on Xmas eve as something special, my daughter was allowed to leave with these. They were re done which took another few hours and left her fingers extremely sore, unfortunately they then dropped off within 6 days. Management not really interested and made it difficult curly to complain, I had to chase reply, no apology given. Avoid!

Went in for a "take off". All went well and all looked fien when I left. I did not exspect to have to finish the jod at home where I noticed that 4 of my nails still had acrylic on.

Rebecca was wonderful, best nail technician I've had for ages . I told her my concerns and she did the best manicure. She was friendly, polite , definitely knew her job .

I had the Signature Manicure done by Olivia, and she did a really great job. She was friendly, took her time, and made sure I was happy with the result. The scrub she used on my hands made them really soft and my nails turned out really nice. I would happily book with her again.

Terrible experience here, I booked in for builder gel to be told they dont actually build the gel out because it would need soaking off, so I dont understand why they have this as an option. I was completely put off by the conversation with a team member and actually didn't end up having my nails done. I mentioned about having them done for holiday, she told lady who was doing them to set the timer for longer on the lamp because im going away, she then proceeds to tell me that oils in suncream can affect the nails so wipe them off every time I use it and be careful, it felt like she was trying to cover there backs if they came off, it was just a very bazaar experience would not recommend

I had my nails done today in your salon (White Rose Leeds).

The whole appointment lasted less than 25 minutes and it was really rushed with little care taken.
The technician was obviously in a bit of a mood as talking to her was like pulling teeth!
Part of the way through my nails on one hand had not set so the technician had to start again.
When they were done, I left the salon and walked to my car to meet my husband.
I showed him my nails and he commented on how untidy they were.
I returned straight away to the salon and a different technician removed the excess gel from around the sides of my fingers. She told me that they had not been cleaned properly before I was asked to put my hands under the lights.
This is my third visit over the last couple of months and I will not be returning because this time my nails are disgusting.
The gel misses the sides of my nails and the gel does not go down to my cuticles. They actually look like they are growing out!
I have returned home and soaked them off.
I wanted my nails to look good for a garden party that we are attending.
I decided to just put a clear polish on my nails for the party as the nails that were done today in your salon are scruffy.
I was going to go back to the salon again before soaking them off but quite honestly I was too embarrassed to return.
Plus the fact I did not have time to return again or to sit while my nails are re done.

Having paid £33. I am really annoyed . What a waste of money and time!

Booked for a pedicure. Didn't know you had a buy your own file and buffer extra £2 on top of £36.
Service was appalling never spoke to me while she was doing my feet.
Felt really uncomfortable. Think I had 4 people overall doing my pedicure.
Won't be going back ever again.
Absolute waste of money.

I visited this salon a few days ago to remove gel nail polish on my hands and re apply. I also asked for a pedicure with no gel nail varnish removal and re application. The total price I was quoted for this service was £65 with the pedicure totalling £25 meaning the charge for just gel nail removal and re application was a shocking £45. I’ve never been charged this much anywhere. The manicure was not premium standard with mediocre equipment used, just nail filing and no cuticle care. The pedicure was underwhelming to say the least and the lady doing it did bare minimum. My feet were not even left to soak for 5 minutes. I could do a better pedicure at home on myself. Mint Nail and Beauty was extremely over priced for a pretty underwhelming experience overall. I hate to be mean but I’m just being raw so customers know what to expect. It was a pretty eye opening experience. I was running short on time which is the only reason I came here. I have been visiting Nail Fairy in Bradford for years and honestly, their service is unparalleled.

I have been a client at Wakefield for five years plus under the care of Jo, Kirsty and Dee. Absolutely fantastic care - exceptional quality, utterly professional treatments and delightful hugely friendly staff. It is a pleasure to visit the salon, I look upon the first class beauticians as my friends and can’t recommend the salon highly enough. I couldn’t wish for a better experience and my nails always look absolutely superb!

Had my nails done around 4 weeks ago by Emily (I'm sure it was Emily 🤔) who was super lovely. Just wanted to post a review because credit where it's due. She did me a French manicure with gel. She listened to exactly what I wanted because I'm quiet particular with how thick I like the white tip, I've had others do it in the past (not at Mint) and the white tip looked bearly there, you wouldn't even know they'd been done. Emily did a fab job and paid so much attention to detail. I went 3 weeks before getting my nails done again and I didn't get a single chip. They lasted the full duration. I only wish I could come to Mint White Rose all of the time I but don't live close enough.
