I can’t recommend Mathew Butters and the team at Colne Valley Chiropody highly enough.
A few years ago Matt helped resolve my daughter’s knee problem when we were struggling to find answers, and the care and professionalism he showed then really stuck with us. More recently, I went back feeling quite embarrassed about a fungal toenail infection, but Matt and his team were fantastic. They treated the issue with complete professionalism and kindness, and thanks to their treatment my nails now look lovely again.
What really stands out though is the atmosphere in the clinic. From the moment you walk in, the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. It genuinely feels like everyone enjoys working there, which says a lot about the environment Matt has created. There’s a real team spirit that you don’t often see these days.
Thank you to Matt and the whole team for your expertise, care, and for making every visit such a positive experience.

We had tried over the counter verruca treatments for a year to no avail. This was causing discomfort and embarrassment which affected my son's sports. After three sessions his foot is cured. I can 100% recommend the Swift Microwave Therapy. It worked!

Wow wow wow! Who knew that an appointment with Molly to ‘tidy up’ my post-holiday/slightly neglected tootsies would bring me so much joy and lightness! As someone who is on their feet ALLLL the time, it was honestly eye-opening to notice how light and bouncy I felt after having my feet done. Nothing major - gel toes removed, nails trimmed and tidied and the skin on my feet smoothed and oiled in the best scent ever! I could feel every inch of the ground after I’d left and despite me not being the biggest fan of my own feet, I felt they looked pretty and loved - even without nail varnish! Chat was great - Molly is really lovely - and I’m always greeted by Jasmine on entry with a smile and positive vibes. Great little company - so happy they’re in our village - can’t wait to return…. Actually wish my appointment was longer! 😍

I was given an assessment for my Birthday as I was suffering from pain in my knee and was having difficulty with walking. The staff here are all so friendly and professional, I was assessed and was advised to try a course of the K Laser treatment. Now after 6 treatments with the laser my knee pain is so much better to the point of my sleeping has returned to normal with no pain and walking now is a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this service to anyone as the Doctors advise was bone on bone knee problem and to think about a TKR, so this is a far superior option. Thank you to all the Staff at Colne Valley Podiatry.

Never been to chiropodist before, what a treat I missed, from going in to receptionist to my feet being treated..oh my, I should have got at the beginning of the year. The treatment was so good, I could have danced all the way home. I've made arrangements to call again to continue to be seen. It was my choice, no pressure to call again, but I wanted to show Mr. Harris how my toes have improved. Brilliant. Ailean will welcome me with a smile... what a pickle up... Doug. Thanks

A year ago I was plagued by my first experience of plantar fasciitis- I had to stop running and was going crazy as a result.
Alex was wonderful! He helped with an orthotic, taught me a stretching routine which I adhere to religiously and administered a course of shockwave therapy which helped with the healing.
A year later, I have just completed my first fastpacking adventure in the Brecon Beacons and have accumulated 900 miles of running so far this year.
I never thought I’d run again!

This is the very 1st time anyone has touched my feet, have to say the experience was brilliant, Alex made me feel so comfortable right from the onset and did an amazing job. My feet feels much better, I am sure I will be skipping out this evening. Would highly recommend
