Absolutely love this place! I always get my nails done here. Ive had Acrylic tips but mostly get Builder gel. They last and do not chip like some of the other places Ive been. They will do any design I want and change the colour and adapt wherever I ask and at a decent price. I always get compliments on my nails. I come often and use their loyalty card aswell.

First time today, very expertly done my nails, as I’d had them done in Spain 3 weeks ago and I’m in uk for a couple more weeks, I had builder gel, repaired a broken nail, then sparkly silver and red for Xmas.good price. Well done

BE CAREFUL AND AVOID!!!

First time going and the last!!!
Doesn’t recommend my nails was awful and the man was heavy handed and made me feel uncomfortable for the first time in 25 years of getting my nails done. I came to get Builder gel extensions with design, my nails were BIAB was way too thick, no apex, no shape and over filed that caused pressure and irritation. Then my nails started to feel hot which is weird, I have always had builder gel extensions and never experienced this before 🫤 My nails are NOT straight, they stick up and they tired to cover this by filing my natural nail underneath and side to disguise it. Also the builder gel is so thick it’s like acrylics 🤔 and with my nails pointing up if I catch it my nail will rip back. Not good!!!

Update by a three different qualified nail technicians states the builder gel is so thick they haven’t seen anything like it, its poor prep and when doing my nails they’ve applied my extension tips up hence why they point up which will result in my nails getting damp and collecting mould that would cause a massive build up of bacteria that would leave my nails turning green and this would cause irritation and sore that I would end up losing my nails 😢😮 it was urgent I had them removed and yet again I am in my pocket paying for this due to them.
Turns out the man who did my nails isn’t even qualified and has no certificates showing only his wife. 🫤 NOT GOOD!!

I messaged the lady (owner) and she basically brushing it off saying she will fix them but few hours later I was getting burning sensation on my nails, and I was advice to leave it for few days however i can have them take off for free of charge but will not refund me £42 what I paid for Firstly this is their fault not mine, so a refund should have been given or the nails done correctly. Eventually a few messages of me complaining and where does it state on the nail business policy that refund isn’t given to customers if the owner made mistake and she tried telling me they put time in to doing my nails and products they after pay for bills/rent etc hence why I shouldn’t be allowed a refund. It’s not a charity it’s a business 😮 i was flabbergasted. Eventually I can have half of my refund but i will after pay for my nails to be removed of £12 so basically I would get £9 refund back. 😯 I came into nail salon and the lady was rude and told me I should have come in at 1:30 to collect my half of the refund and not embarrass them in front of clients for collecting it because she messaged saying she will transfer the money after I turned up. I paid by CASH I will collect the refund by CASH as it’s cash only anyways 😒 you’ve ripped me off and stolen money from your customer which yet again by the man who works with you and isn’t even professiona or qualified. Only good thing about it was the design and polish which was done by the lady.

my nails that taken 1hour and half not to mention I waited 20 minutes and as you given my appointment to someone else while I sat there so almost 2 hours I sat there. If your husband wasn’t so happy on file and poor prep and actually paid an attention to my nails none of this wouldn’t be so dreadful so the overall experience has been absolutely shocking and full of lies and very alarming that I could be losing my nails!!
when I came to see you, you wasn’t even interested to look at them or apologise for the mistake. Very rude and disrespectful to be honest. They used to work/own Henry nails in pontefract and most of reviews sums up why my nails are unprofessional and unqualified.

I First went to T H Nails after having a VERY bad manicure at another salon, my nails were weak, soft and my nail beds were sore. T H Nails have nursed them back to health. The nail art is excellent and their customer service is excellent. My latest set may be my favourite yet.

Been coming here since they opened and they are amazing!! Always struggled in the past with nails not lasting and I always put it down to my lifestyle however since coming here this is not an issue.. The application and prep work is really in depth and my nails look a lot more healthier since coming here!! The couple who run it are so lovely and professional and I always feel welcome, I brought a lady I support here and went out of their way to make reasonable adjustments to ensure she was comfortable. Will always be a returning customer 💖
