I had a really rude girl who apparently didn't understand the language very well. My mom and I came to get our nails done before vacation. I asked for tips and an almond shape. First, she said me this shape was only for long nails and couldn't be done at my length. Then she refused to trim and round my nail because that's not how it's done; she'd just make it narrower... I ended up leaving the salon like that. How she said she cant working under presure and ask me wait for another Nail Master…But speak with me with load voice she can. This is not professional.

My first visit to Haven nail salon and certainly won't be my last.
Lovely clean salon, very pleasant staff a little more expensive than some salons but worth that extra for care and attention to detail I was given.

A family run business, unbeatable quality and always amazing at what they do. No other nail salon compares. Trust me, I’ve tried most nail salons. From being told it’s a me problem because of my nails chipping at any other salon to coming to Haven and receiving the best quality. Never fail & Never any issues. ❤️

I visited this salon a few times last year and was always happy with the quality of my nails, which is why I kept returning. However, I ultimately decided not to come back due to the poor customer service I experienced.
The lady made me feel very uncomfortable. She repeatedly slapped my hands and seemed annoyed whenever I didn't position my fingers perfectly. The more frustrated she became, the more anxious I felt. At one point, she even shouted at me for watching her work, which left me shocked and embarrassed.
While my nails always looked great, the experience itself was stressful and unpleasant. At the end of the day she is offering a service and small gestures like patience and respectful communication shouldn't be too much to ask. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, because they definitely lost a returning customer here and from reading some of the others reviews I don't seem to be the only one.

Absolutely disgusting how the lady spoke to my mum when having her nails biab infilled because she can’t bend her wrist and knocked her thumb, I wouldn’t give this nail salon 1 star👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I would not recommend going here. Family went a few days ago to be told no you didn’t have them done here before and turned away. Left feeling very hurt and upset. Only 2 people in shop at the time not how to treat customers and potentially a returning customer. :( word of advice a person may look ok on the surface but you don’t know what that person is dealing with or going through so for you to send them away and speak to them like that your actions cause more harm then you think !

Super happy with my nails! First time walk-in and I was impressed with how speedy, efficient and organised they were. The lady doing my nails responded well to my last minute request to add nail art. They have a great selection of colours for fine nail art or tips to choose from. As you can see, she has a steady hand and took great care with the design. Would recommend!

They are v. nice, little conversation, which I like! They have very relaxing music playing Their prices are very reasonable. I did my nails Last week, and I love the space and the people that work at Haven Nails! Looking for great service, COME HERE! I always go here for manis and pedis. I always feel great and look great.

Just walked in, I like that I can understand them. And all I wanted was a nice clean on my hands and feet with a good massage. They did a wonderful Job on my womans hands and feet as far as nails go. 😇Haven Nails is the best in Castleford

They are so sweet and polite here. They are great with my 10 year old, they make her laugh and have such wonderful personalities. The prices are great and the shellac lasts long too.Will be back Haven Nails
