I had my eye brows done once I was straight in and it was quick in and out was quite happy and then went back a few days later with a friend.
I arrived a little late but still attended when arrived she said she couldn’t see me due to having customers booked in then she was on the phone for about 10 minutes so I waited for her to finish and in this time no other customer arrived then asked when she was next available she said oh am not sure and was been extremely rude so I said ok never mind I don’t want to spend my money here when your behaveing this way so I left the shop and she got up out her chair ran to the door started shouting been very rude and aggressive Wouldn’t ever recommend anybody to go here.

Owner is rude and has no manner at all. I experienced poor customer service with rude responses. It felt as though they were doing me a favor instead of providing a service I was paying for. The parlor lacks both respectful customer care and professionalism. I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking quality service. There are far better options available that genuinely value their clients.

Unhygienic as threaded my upperlip, did not pay attention to remove all hairs and was rushing. As if she was busy when only 2 customers were there. On top of that her thread has given me infectious spots. So disgusting needs hygiene approval and overall I don't think she deserves my rating.

The most unhygienic place to start off with … Was with my friend she was getting her eyebrows done when I arrived very hostile entrance woman was on her phone doing friends eye brown shoving her head all around phone nearly dropped on my friends head my friend politely asked for her to be a little more gentle she kissed her teeth then proceeded she then went to thread my friends side of the head (she dint ask for this) my friend again !!!! Politely said
Please can you be careful round there as I get a rash she banged her things down and said your way too difficult and walked off by this time I just said to my friend let’s go it’s fine. (She dint even tell us she wasn’t coming back) came out the room she was a doing another girls hair I said there was no need to be rude she stormed in my face pointing her fingers her breath all I’m my face (wasn’t pleasant). I tried to explain to her that she don’t need to be so hostile she tried to fight me called me all sorts of names said she was going to spit at me. Disgusting woman with absolutely no shame !!!!!

Worst experience ever. I went to get my eyelashes done (LVL) and she had no clue what she was doing. She started off by smudging my eye makeup all over my eyes, making them sore, she didn't even use a wipe! She used a mostly dry tissue! Anyway when she started the procedure she didn't even ask me what size coil I wanted. She put the coil too tightly on my eyelid and then she kept leaning ON MY EYE, even after me telling her it's stinging she carried on. I knew something wasn't right. I've had this treatment three times before and I've had no issues! I have no idea what she was doing but it wasn't right! She ended up taking it off, (after going on the phone for like the third time since I was there!) And then she argued with me saying I was a difficult client?! I told her maybe salons do it differently but something she was doing wasn't right. My eyes were red and stinging, don't waste your money, the place isn't even cheap! Btw, this was ON MY BIRTHDAY!
