I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. They really took their time to understand what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect.
I got BIAB and ombré nails, and I’m honestly so pleased with the final result. The attention to detail was amazing, and my nails look even better than I imagined. The quality of the work really shows, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.
The service overall was excellent—professional, friendly, and relaxing. The staff are truly lovely, and the whole experience felt like a treat.
I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails and top-notch service!

I had an amazing experience at the salon today! I've been to many salons, but Studio 19 is by far the best I've visited. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I had acrylics and a pedicure, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results.

Would Not Recommend.
This salon seemed to host untrained staff who used the drill incorrectly causing it to slip and gouge a wound in my finger so bad it took 3 weeks to heal.
It feels like an un-controlled environment, if you are happy to take risks go for it. -edited to add images-

Treated Terribly - Hurt - Damaged Nails - Long Time Customer

Since it opened I attended this nail shop, what I didn't realise is that they were damaging my nails the whole time. When I had my last acrylic set put on she took off the nail to reveal a green bacterial issue and the nail split open where the glue had been. 'Jenny' tried to blame me - as if I have been doing my own nails. Another two nails were so sore and thin when the electric drill went on them I cried out - 'Jenny' told me she had to use it even so. I asked for the other 7 nails to be removed due to this and I was asked for £10 to do it - when I refused 'Jenny' let her customer verbally abuse me in her defence.

I would not recommend you attend this salon, I don't believe it follows training standards.

Really pleased with the service and my nails have lasted 4 weeks with no chips at all! Nail art was so pretty too, such good attention to detail - thank you! Such a great price too.

I got BIAB infills, nail extensions and nail art. Will definitely come again.
