I booked an appointment for 2pm, got there early and was given a seat immediately. My nail technician was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the nails as she went along. All the staff were very friendly and they even had a corgi! I had a gel manicure with nail art on my natural nails and it took about 30 minutes. Super quick and I’m very happy with them. Will come back.

Five stars isn't enough! The staff are incredibly sweet and attentive to every detail. You can tell the boss is a sweetheart because the whole team has such a positive and kind vibe. The service is top-notch and the results are stunning. If you want beautiful nails and a friendly environment, this is the place to go!

I haven't been here before so wanted to try based on the reviews. I'm happy enough with how the nails turned out however I'd like to mention three things:
1) the person I booked with wasn't the same person that saw me and I wasn't notified about this either, unfortunately my male technician spoke little English which made communication difficult. If I book with person X, I expect them to see me or at least to be notified that they are no longer available in advance so I may choose whether to attend or not
2) the atmosphere wasn't super comfy, the staff spoke Vietnamese between them and were clearly having a good time, there was little interaction with me and I would've loved to be offered the fancy drinks advertised on instagram - felt weird asking for one tbh
3) I'm not sure how the tools are cleaned, I saw them left out in the open, I enquired about this and I was told just that they clean them but not sure how...I feel like hygiene is super important when it comes to nails and the salon should be transparent about it

I'd like to give it another chance in the future maybe, I was seated straight away and the nail work was nice and the technician was very gentle, there was no breaking of skin and no pain

Well what can say NAILX literally nailed it once again ❤️Amazing as always they all go above and beyond and nothing is ever too much there designs and creativity is outstanding never fail always creating the new nail styles and there 3D FLOWERS WOW !!!! I have known the owner for yrs and followed him from shop to shop even his mum did my my nails so happy he now as his own shop amazing 🥳🥳❤️❤️

I’ve had my nails done here a few times now and would definitely recommend booking through Fresha system it makes knowing your total cost super easy only slight issue is the total on Fresha never updates the removal price if you book in additional service.

Be prepared to wait a little sometimes, although on occasion they even run early, which is a nice bonus.

The service is much smoother if you come with a picture of what you want and an idea of your preferred tip size and shape.

The quality of the nails has always been amazing the nail techs are so talented and a real credit to the business.

They always "nail" it at Nail X, been going there for probably about 6 months now and their builder gel is amazing it lasts forever and never breaks, I've even moved house with it before and it didn't damage at all! Went in with a specific request yesterday and they were very attentive to the picture and helped me work out how to get it right. It's always busy in there and there can be a bit of a wait but I think that's just the nature of nail salons, they need to do lots of nails to make a successful business (esp in Chapel A!) so I just accept sometimes there's realistically going to be a little wait. They're always friendly and welcoming when you come in. Thank you to Kein and the team! :)

Always the best pedicures I've ever had! So thorough and their attention to detail is perfect. Everyone is friendly and theres a good vibe in the salon. Kien is a fantastic guy, always goes the extra mile to keep clients happy and I'm pleased his salon is doing so well, he deserves it xx

Everyone is so friendly. I always come away loving my nails, they ask whether I like different things or if anything needs changing such as nail length and shape. They offer a nice warm towel and hand cream after doing your nails.
