Louise is such an amazing hairdresser

I have been going to her for over 8 years, I’ve even moved further a field but still travel 45mins to get to her salon now as I’ve never had a better hairdresser than Louise.

I’ve changed my hair style many times over the last 8 years and I always get compliments on my hair.

She is also the nicest person ever which is a lovely bonus.

Louise is absolutely amazing at what she does! Always listen’s to what I would like and advises me accordingly. I always come out feeling a million dollars, I would not trust anyone else with my hair! The salon is beautiful and all the girls that work there are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended 🤩 Thank you Leanne x

Absolutely disgraceful. I phoned up last weekend to book in for this Saturday. She confirmed the date and time (she even asked if Saturdays are better for me) I said 2pm as I’ll be back from visiting family in Blackpool. So I’ve made sure I get back to Birstal area for that time just to knock on the door and be told no one is in today and the lady who answered the door didn’t even have a clue what was going on. So instead of kicking off like I wanted too I just said forget it and walked off. I specifically asked if they can do Saturdays after 2pm as that’s the only date and time I can do. She even took my number. So how they don’t have my details is beyond me. I questioned my own sanity until I checked my call log from last week and the diary in my kitchen. So I could have stayed in Blackpool area longer, I didn’t have to rush to get home. It’s not like I’m busy too and can’t get time off for myself. I haven’t had my hair cut in over a god damn year because I’m so busy (my problem yes) but I finally get booked in and I’m turned away. So I wasn’t booked in. I was either lied too. Or they’re disorganised and can’t manage their bookings. Absolutely fuming.

Hi Rebecca! I’m glad you left such a lovely public review!! We do have a number for you that was taken last week when you booked in! I have txt that number twice since Friday! I have been in bed with a sickness bug!! As every one of my clients will back me up I never ever call in sick!! People can’t help been ill! I have checked the number we have for you against the number you called from and it is CORRECT.. so you’ve had 2 messages and 5 missed calls since Friday to cancel this appointment !!Why have you not called the salon as soon as arrived and I would have explained! I have the salon calls diverted to my mobile!
I can’t imagine you would want to re book now anyway but in case you did please dont!! I Do NOT need a Client like you!!
UPDATE- This lady has confirmed she did receive my txts to cancel her appointment but because she hadn’t read them it’s somehow still my fault and has continued to keep this 1* review on my google page! Disgusting behaviour! It’s hurtful and damaging on peoples reputation especially for a small business to throw around these negative reviews without realising the impact it has on people’s mental health!! I’m lucky enough to have an amazing loyal clientele’ that this review will not affect my business but it affects me and everything I’ve worked so hard to build over the last 7 years!!
