Well what a lovely place to be! I had the most relaxing massage that I could have wished for today. My Brother and his wife bought me a gift card for my Birthday to use here. Greeted upon arrival by a lovely young lady, and admired the aesthetic of 'Mirror Mirror' followed by my therapist for the hour, she was such a joy and I felt so at ease, it felt absolutely amazing! And my mind stopped racing for the duration, it was so nice to think about my family, particularly my Mum whos passed away recently. I never actually knew that I needed that massage until I had one today. I have booked in again. Thankyou so much ☀️💕😃

RUBBISH! AVOID! I am extremely upset and infuriated with my experience here and would not return! During my waxing appointment, my skin was burned and ripped, causing visible injury and scarring my face. This was far beyond normal post-wax irritation and suggests improper technique or wax temperature. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before booking. My skin has been left severely damaged and I made sure I followed after care advice. I cannot stress enough the damage that has been caused to my skin. It looks like an acid burn. People are asking what’s happened to your face as if I have been abused by someone and I have to explain to them it’s because I got my face waxed from Mirror Mirror. Never in my life experienced such POOR service.

My first visit was great and I thought I'd found my new eyebrow place however my second visit didn't go as well so I don't feel I can return now. I was 3 minutes late due to temporary traffic lights that I wasn't aware of and when I asked if I could also get my upper lip quickly waxed too, the therapist who is a trainee told me rather harshly no due to me being late and that she wouldn't be able to. I accepted this however she proceeded to rush my eyebrows too and made some mistakes with tidiness and an additional gap which when I questioned she said it was there before.. I tried to explain that there was a bit which looked like it needed tidying up however again I was met with a rude response saying well I can't see it because you are holding the mirror. When I moved the mirror she didn't offer any reassurance or offer to amend. I didn't then feel comfortable to make any further requests so I left. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable to return either.

Never leave reviews but after having the Anti- ageing advanced Derma Peel. My skin looks and feels amazing. Several people have commented on how good it looks. Katie, the therapist was lovely. Recommended to anyone who feels the need a skin boost to try this.

I have just had a Facial with Vicky & it was the best Facial i've ever had.
It was the most relaxing 1 hour i've had in a long time & the massage was amazing!!
100% recommend Vicky.
