Really disappointed with my experience at Golden Rays. The Sunbed was dirty, the sunbeds didn’t feel well looked after and 1/3 of the bulbs were burnt out. Definitely not what you expect when paying for a tanning session. Needs much better maintenance and cleanliness standards.

So the second time now gone to use the sunbeds and the place is closed, not acceptable when advertised as 8pm close through the week, so just to let you know you have now lost me as a customer as I tried Tropical Touch in the Arndale in Keighley and the beds are really good, the place really clean and actually alot better value for money, £20 for 40 minutes.

Owner Response:

Hello Jon
My biggest apologies as i am currently away and there are a couple of days this week which the shop could not operate its usual hours due to staff cover. I had put a notice on the door a couple of weeks ago so customers could be aware however i appreciate this may be overlooked.

Kind regards
