Absolutely love my experience at Lancing Nails! Ken and the staff are all so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They really take their time to make sure everything looks good. I also tried the deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing and worth it — such a nice treat after a long day! The atmosphere is lovely, the service is amazing, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I used to travel into Brighton to get my nails done, but honestly since discovering Lancing Nails I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re so much better in every way — easy parking, lovely friendly service, and they absolutely nail the shape every single time (which is rare!).

The whole experience just feels relaxed and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They always offer drinks, everyone’s really chatty and kind, and today they even sang Happy Birthday to me 😂

Such a lovely atmosphere and my nails always look perfect when I leave. So glad I found this place!

I’ve been going to Lancing Nails for 2 years now and have never had any issues. The staff are always helpful, kind, and caring, and they make every visit a lovely experience. I’m always happy with my nails and would highly recommend them!

Staff are rude, rush their work when they're busy and continue taking on clients. The nails I asked for ended up looking like a child done them. they made me feel uncomfortable when I raised issues I found with them, they had chances to resolve the issues and they still could not get it right. I felt so uncomfortable I just paid and left and messaged them when I got home in hopes I'd get a professional understanding response to my request for a refund. The answer I got was "no way", I went into store in hopes they'd just take accountability for their poor work they produced especially after making me bleed and filing my nail beds down twice! Their answers were "I don't care" over and over again. Ken came at me with nail clippers about to grab my hand to cut them off whilst his partner was ushering him back from me. They blocked me on all social media platforms. Not to mention they also post stock images and ai images to promote their business claiming its their work.

I won't recommend this place purely because of the way you dealt with one of your customers! As a professionals you should NEVER let customer to leave with butcher nails what we could see being posted on Facebook page! And have audacity to block her without giving her refund! I will not be using you in the future, and I will make sure to spread the awareness of the ugly nails you let your customers leave with.

My second time going to Lancing Nails and I will be going back for the foreseeable! Mira was so lovely and her work is amazing. She didn’t rush and her attention to detail is perfect. Best French tip sets I’ve ever had! Amazing!
