Google I went here for the first time this week for a BIAB manicure on my natural nails. Having seen all of the great reviews I was really looking forward to having lovely nails for my holiday. Whilst initially they looked ok the gel started lifting off after 2 days and now unfortunately my nails look a mess, my cuticles were not pushed back and it was all very rushed. Tina is a nice lady and has offered to fix the lifted nail but I do not trust that this will be done correctly, plus my other nails look so bad and will all need redoing again. If they had been done correctly in the first place they wouldn't need redoing.I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this salon. I think my photos speak for themselves. I asked nicely for a refund but I was told no that's not in our policy.
And it's not BIAB that was used it was hard gel which are different so that's very misleading.

We’re truly sorry to hear you were unhappy with your nails. After you contacted us, we apologised immediately and offered for you to return so we could repair the lifted nail shown in your photo, check the rest of the nails carefully, and redo anything needed under our 10-day guarantee policy.
As you mentioned you were away and unable to return before June, we also offered you a complimentary new set when you come back.
Like most nail salons, our policy is to repair or redo any issues wherever possible rather than offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, we always try our best to look after our clients fairly and professionally.
We are genuinely sorry this experience did not meet your expectations, and our offer to help still remains open.
