Never again! Dirty, expensive, rude and ...
They make fun of customers together in their own language.👎

Owner Response:

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for spending your time leaving a feedback to us.
We are truly sorry to hear that you were not happy with your last visit.
We would like to clarify some of your concerns.
First of all, all stations are wiped with antibacterial spray and all equipments are sterilised with Barbicide which is a hospital grade sterilisation daily. Pedicure bath is cleaned with bleach and metal tools are steamed with sterilised after every customer.
In addition, most of our services are price matched to all local businesses in the area to ensure that the clients are receiving the best deal.
Lastly, we do admit that we are sometimes teasing each other with jokes in order to keep work environment less bored and we do not always share with customers our personal problems. However, we can guarantee that we do not tolerate rudeness and disrespect to the customers. Therefore, if we were chatting in our language, we are sincerely apologise if you felt uncomfortable.
Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to contact us directly in the future.
Many thanks,
Sky Nail Team
