As a visitor for the day in this town I asked for a pedicure very little communication from the guy doing my feet this was on Thursday already nail varnish coming off wasn’t finished across the tops of my toenails I’ve had to remove it as it looked very messy wasn’t really any good overall

Very disappointed with my recent experience.

I had my nails done on Saturday 7th (acrylic infill with French tip) which cost £38. By Monday, one nail had chipped and the varnish had started coming off, so I returned and it was fixed for free.

However, by the following Saturday 14th, four more nails had completely chipped and most of the varnish had come off again. I called and it was agreed on the phone that they would be fixed, but I couldn’t make that appointment due to childcare.

I came back on Monday 16th. At this point I wasn’t comfortable just fixing them again as it was clear something wasn’t right and I expected the rest of the nails to chip too. I asked to change them completely to BIAB instead, but I was charged £40.

I’ve been getting my acrylics done here since December and they normally last 4–5 weeks with no chips at all, so for them not to last even a week suggests the original set was rushed or not done properly.

Having my nails done is a luxury for me, and I can’t afford to keep returning and paying again when something hasn’t been done properly in the first place. I’m really disappointed with how this situation was handled.

For such a lovely, well furnished and well kept nail bar the staff were really rude. Acted like young kids giggling to the point my nail technician kept shaking of laughter whilst doing my nails. The whole time I was there they were really unprofessional, unhelpful and overall rude. Won’t be returning. No love or effort was put into my nails at all

Very good team, always honest and accommodating. Will advise to have a new set every 4 weeks to maintain the best quality!
Most reputable salons will advise this also, if you chose not to have them then that is a choice, I’ve chosen this several times and don’t mind having them miss all the extra as this isn’t included in cost of infill.
Overall the salon is clean, friendly, accommodating and professional. X

Came for biab infills, had a brand new set done 4 weeks ago and they tried to make me do a new set again which I refused. Just before they were to apply colour I asked if they're going to tidy my cuticles as they needed doing to which they guy said "later", proceeded to do my final nail colour, then cut one cuticle off and that was it. I questioned it and was told that I should have asked for the soaking off??
A basic cuticle tidy is a default at any nail manicure in my opinion and it should not be treated as an extra, very dissapointed and won't be coming back.
