Google Cancelled my appointment twice (just before my holiday) and took 3 weeks (and a lot of chasing) to refund my deposit

Google Having been a regular at a large salon for several years, I’ve recently moved to Lou for manicures and had a brilliant experience. Great treatment, availability at times to suit, and happy to be supporting an independent business. Thanks Lou!
