Absolutely fuming. Appalling service. When I sat in the chair they straight away picked up an electric nail file without allowing me time to explain what shape/ colour I wanted, then proceeded to RIP off my broken acrylic nail with caused me extreme pain, then drilled off the colour and caught all my finger beds with the drill, I mentioned that they were hurting me and to be careful… completely ignored me, finally got to the shaping of my nails where they were forcefully pushing my fingertips away from the nail, causing multiple grazes on my skin, then couldn’t complete the nail shape I wanted, had to get them to file my nails down 3 times because they extremely sharp.

Walked out the salon with 3 huge gashes out of my fingertips, my acrylic nails were shorter than I was expecting, couldn’t even get the nail shape correct, will not be returning and won’t be recommending any of there services to anyone else

Had a great experience at Queens nails in horsham. Was a treat to pop in for a Pedicure.
Lovely staff, was sat down in the massage chair straight away enjoying my massage whilst having my treatment. I visit Queens quite often and can highly recommend.

Twice now in the same set of nails they have snapped in the middle. This didn't happen from anything rough on my nails. Given I have payed a lot of money for these it's not really on. A third nail on my thumb has now snapped in half which is really poor.
