They are good people and do it with love and I've always had good results
I've recently had a facial and it was fantastic too. I would recommend them as beauty therapists and I couldn't go anywhere else

I have been going to Soni Browbar for well over a decade. I’ve always had my threading done with Soni as well as my lashes, and more recently brow lamination.
Soni and Mandy are always so kind and welcoming, they put you at easy and answer any questions you have. They offer and great service and are clearly pros at what they do. Highly recommend their services.

Awful, dirty and unprofessional...
My sister went to do a normal infill, they charge £9 more than usual (their excuse was they were a longer size) without explaining before hand. Also the man that was doing the job, wasn't sure what he was doing... did an awful job, nails with bumps, not finished on the sides, none of the nails were of the same shape...
The place was poorly cleaned, the man drop the brush that he was using, he cleaned it with a used and dirty mask that was on the floor...
They are always speaking their language, so we weren't even able to understand what they were saying!
When they were questioned about the job done (in the next day), they replied, if are not happy, go somewhere else... so unprofessional!
Definitely, we won't go again, if 3 clients are not important to Vivi, we will take our money to another salon...

Vivi nails is by far the best nail salon in Crawley I have been to many over the years and have stuck with vi since she first opened. Always gets my nails looking just how I like them! The nail spa also has a nice friendly atmosphere. X
