Disappointing experience at this place for eyebrow services. Unfortunately, the results did not meet the expectations, and feel quite unhappy with the outcome. I wouldn’t personally recommend it.

Eyebrows : Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the eyebrow threading service. The staff did not appear to take my requests into account, and proceeded with the threading in a way that did not reflect what I had asked for. The person performing the service was on a phone call throughout the appointment, which felt unprofessional and distracted from the quality of the service.

As a result, my eyebrows are now uneven and much thinner than expected. I believe it will take several months for them to grow back and regain their previous shape. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service to others.

I do not recommend this place at all. When you tell them you don’t like how the nails came out, they start speaking in a foreign language. Took these pictures when I was leaving the salon.

Also, tell me why my nails are turning brown literally after a day of having them. And these nails are supposed to last 3-4 weeks?!!!

I am very disappointed with the service and the quality of the nails especially after paying them. Oh, and they made me pay before they completed my nails. Don’t fall for that at all, don’t be a victim of their poor service. Please don’t go here, they’ll gossip about you right in front of you

Don’t get waxing done here the lady was very rude had my under arms done she burnt my skin when I told her it the wax was clearly too hot she didn’t really care and carry on told her I also asked her to be careful moving my arm as I have a bad shoulder so I cant lift it up so far so she just carry on and moved it abruptly. She also missed bits unhappy with the service.

It was absolutely AMAZING, best place I’ve been to going again today haha they didn’t take to long with my nails and stayed on for 11weeks.staff are all very nice and price is respectable.would recommend going here!

I came yesterday, my sister was getting her nails done. I was a bit sceptical because of all the reviews (seeing that they are all old reviews I didn't know what to think). She came out and said she loved her nails. The art was amazing and the job was done professionally. Thanks

went in for a pedicure for my birthday, they spent a whole 7 minutes on me. while the lady next to me had a 30 minute leg and foot massage
we paid the exact same thing…
an actual joke 😭

I came to the salon upon recommendation. Unfortunately within 1 day my nails were chipping. I called to explain and I was invited back to get them all re done . All communications with staff were positive and supportive, there's also a lovely eye brow threading lady here who did a fab job of my brows! Thanks to all:)

Carelessly done and horrible form. After having them done my nails have only been in pain. They look like a blob of bubble.
