10/10 — honestly such an amazing experience 🤍

I’ve had the same nail technician in London for the past six years and I never go to anyone else, so I was a bit hesitant to try somewhere new. But since I’m staying here for a while, I thought I’d see if there were any good salons nearby — and I’m so glad I did.

I came across Ruby’s Nail Salon, had a look through their photos, and was genuinely really impressed with their work. I gave them a call, and everything was so easy from the start — we quickly set up an appointment and they gave me a clear quote, which I really appreciated.

When I arrived, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and the salon itself was spotless. You can tell they really care about their space and their clients.

And the nails… honestly, one of the best sets I’ve ever had. The attention to detail, the shape, the finish — everything is just perfect. I’m genuinely obsessed.

As much as I love my London nail tech, I will 100% be coming back here while I’m staying — and probably anytime I’m in the area. Such beautiful work and such a lovely experience from start to finish.

Lovely service at Ruby’s nails - spa I swapped over to Ruby’s this year lovely clean relaxed shop.
Beautiful nails they offer complimentary drinks really kind and friendly I won’t use anyone else now

I have been to this salon a few times and at first very friendly but my last visit will be my last! Charge a different price for the same design each time and each time more expensive yet on the wall it says an acrylic infill is £25 and a full set is £30? Nail art is supposed to be £3. Yet they charge £55/£60 pounds. Last visit they rushed me because they were busy and cut my finger and did not apply top coat properly and now my nail is smudged and peeling! Staff also are not friendly anymore.

Definitely not the best place in Bognor. Difficult to communicate. They never helped me with decisions. Every time they charged me different price for this same design. Last Saturday I went there to do my toes nail. They look absolutely horrible. I went back to tell them I'm not happy and I thought they give me some money back or remove skin around nails and will change shapes too (all different shapes) they didn't do anything. So please think twice before you gonna go there! There is much more places you can go !

They are always amazing in here, I came in with a set from another nail shop that never used to deliver and they have smashed it both times I’ve come in. The staff are absolutely lovely and the atmosphere is so welcoming!
