Just had my nails done here and I am very pleased. The man who done my nails was very gentle and done a lovely job. Very good price and very clean shop. Would highly recommend.

Went to have my nails for the 1st time there. Thought they would accept a card payment like most places do but unfortunately they don’t. I did not have £90 cash to pay them on the day. When my nails were done, I said that I needed to go to Nationwide to withdraw the money which is about 200 steps away. They insisted to have something valuable from me like my iPhone to keep with them whilst I would go to get the money but I was not happy with that.
The young chap came in front of the door making a quite a bit of noise, had his body in front of me and prevented me from leaving the place. It was only when I mentioned that I lost my husband recently and would never, ever steal from anyone that he allowed me to go and withdraw the money.
I went back in and paid them their money in cash and I said that they should not treat people like that.
I entirely understand their explanations that they’ve had people running away and never paid them.
However if it’s like this then they should accept card as not many people walk with cash these days. Also they should make it very clear on their advert that they accept only CASH payment.
For me I felt I was treated badly by them and would never go there again.
I also feel that those CASH only businesses should not exist in the UK 🙁

I bite the skin around my nails and the woman I had realised and was so gentle and made sure not to file too close to the edge of my nails to not hurt me. Lovely couple, it’s never crowded and just overall a lovely calm clean environment.

Had my "very first salon" manicure at Blue Nails. Very friendly couple, Tom chatting, but very attentive while doing my nails. Clean salon & the range is amazing. Will definitely visit again.

Had my nails done with holly today, made me feel very welcome & comfortable during my visit! Such a lovely lady along with her husband Tom full of chats & laugh along the way! Thank you so much holly and Tom, very clean and cheerful nail bar would highly recommend to anyone in or visiting Bognor to give them a visit there prices are also very reasonable I’m loving my new nails❤️
