I’ve stopped getting my nails here and started going elsewhere, but when I went back the other day for gel polish I was so pleased with the outcome 🤗 i’d really recommend this salon!

Walk in appoint, because i needed them doing asap, asked if they can do infills, staff quite abrupt and rude, sat down, wanted to know where i had my nails done previousy, stated my usual place in N,hampton which always do a great job, shook her head and started speaking their langage, i knew they where talking about me as they all looked over at once, told me i needed a new set when cleary they were a new set 2wks previous at my regular store, i told her i didnt think i did, shook her head again and started work vigarously, pulling my fingers around and pullinv my arm closer to her, wanted to keep same length and slender coffin shape, she built tgem up more like graves stones, added tge colour of Red that i asked for with is not the easiest colour to apply, but when she said she was all finish the colour was all over the underside of my nails, also i had to ask her twice to cut my cuticles which she reluctantly done and NOT very well...all in all a terrible experience, please my good people DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE, they are awfully rude, not experienced and the place was full of fly they i was having to bat away during the procedure 🤮

Nails only stayed on for 4/5 days before 5 came off?
Usually they last 4/6 weeks when I get them done but since trying this place out they have lasted not even a week. Feel very flimsy and week, waste of money.

Walked in yesterday couldn’t see me because they had an appointment coming (?) there was more then 1 staff member available .. booked in for my lunch break waited 15 minutes didn’t get seen why book appointments to not stick to it? When I could have been seen yesterday. Asked for after work today said no .. clearly must not wanna make money I wasted a chunk of my lunch break for nothing didn’t even acknowledge. Quite disrespectful to people’s time. When sitting reading the reviews they was all bad so probably for the best

Really disappointed only had my nails done a week and nails allready all chipped and cracked
One nail has literally just peeled off and it’s not like my hands are in water all the time

Been coming here a while and really disappointed in my last set. Lumpy BIAB, no refining, French tips wonky, my previous sets have been okay but this wasn’t great
